Whole Home Renovation in Keaau, HI

Yes, we serve Keaau and the surrounding communities including Mountain View, Kurtistown, Ainaloa, Hawaiian Paradise Park, and more. If you are in East Hawaii, reach out and we can discuss your project.

A whole home renovation covers multiple areas of your house at once, such as kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, walls, and any structural work your home needs. We coordinate all of that work so you have one team accountable for the full project.

Homes in the Keaau and Hilo area deal with high humidity, heavy rainfall, and volcanic terrain that affect how materials perform over time. Choosing the right materials and methods for those local conditions is a key part of how we approach every renovation.

Yes, we work with older homes across the area including Kaumana and Waiakea. We assess what the home needs before any work begins so the scope is clear from the start.

Call us to set up a conversation about your home and what you want to change. We listen first, then walk through the full scope with you before any work begins.

Barrett Construction Services coordinates all the trades involved in your renovation through one point of contact. You work with us, not a rotating cast of separate contractors.
